We utilize their trusted sanitizing and disinfecting brands, innovations, and industry-leading hygiene protocols so you can enjoy a pleasant guest experience with complete peace of mind. 

Guest Health & Safety

  • Disinfected check-in and touchless express check-out 
  • Plexiglass shields at the front desk  
  • Limited capacity at fitness centres, pools, and whirlpool areas  
  • Mandatory mask policy in place for all common areas  
  • Floor decals to indicate appropriate social distance  
  • Hand sanitization stations at primary entrances and key high traffic areas  
  • Individual hand sanitizers in each guest room  
  • To reduce person-to-person contact, housekeeping services will not be provided unless requested by the guest  
  • New and COVID-19 safe approach to room-service, banquets, and catering  
  • All guestrooms are disinfected, sanitized and left vacant for up to 48 hours
