Travellers must enter their flight number plus arrival date and time in the comment box during the reservation process. Travellers still must also complete their ArriveCAN app documentation and include the hotel reservation number.
Additional adult occupants are subject to a $150 charge per person per night to cover their meal credit. Children between 7- 12 years are subject to a $75 meal credit charge per child per night, which will be charged upon check-in. There is no additional cost for children aged 0-6 years, and their meal allowance is included in the $150 per day per adult.
If a negative test result is received before their mandatory 3-night quarantine stay is completed, travellers are permitted to leave the designated hotel; however, no refunds will be issued for the balance of the stay as per the Government of Canada Covid-19 mandatory hotel stopover policy.

What is the price?

Children aged 7-12 years are subject to $75 per day per day food credit which will be charged at check-in, and there is no additional charge for children aged 6 and younger, as their food credit is included in the $150 per day.
My flight gets in early, am I able to get an early check in?
We are unable to guarantee an early check in but the hotel will make every effort to check you as soon as possible based on availability.
Method of payment and third-party authorizations?
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Should the traveller’s accommodation be paid for by a 3rd party (family, friend or company) a 3rd party credit card form will need to be completed and submitted to the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival for review and approval.
As a pre-paid reservation, do I still need to leave a credit card on file when I check-in?

What if I don’t have a personal credit card?

Can I leave after I get my negative test results?
Yes, travellers who receive negative test results prior to completing their 3-day quarantine are permitted to leave the hotel however a refund will not be issued for the remaining days.
What does the $150 meal credit entail? Do we receive credit the morning of check-out if we don’t use it up?
$150 meal credit per day is to be used through room service from our onsite restaurant Moxie's Grill & Bar.
As long as the total is within $450 throughout the entire stay, there is no additional charge – anything above $450 is charged to credit card on file. No credits will be issued for unused amounts.
Does Moxie's have vegetarian and vegan options?
Moxie's offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten free items. Please advise the restaurant of dietary restrictions at the time of order.
What is your cancellation policy?

If a negative test result is received earlier than 3 days, travellers are permitted to leave the designated hotel; however, no refunds will be issued for the balance of the stay.
Can I amend the dates of my reservation if the flight has been rescheduled even though it is pre-paid/non-cancellable?
Yes, as long as we have availability, we can change the dates on the reservation without penalty.
What is your pet policy and can I take my pet outside during my stay?
We are a pet-friendly hotel. Please advise you are travelling with a pet during the reservation process. Short outdoor time will need to be scheduled with Guest Services.
What is the pet fee?
$10 plus taxes per day
What phone number can I provide if I don’t have a local phone number?
Please provide a cell phone number even if it is not local as well as an email address if possible.
Are shuttles still running?
GAA reservations include a taxi transfer from airport to hotel. If guest is required to return to airport after the COVID-19 mandatory 3-night hotel stopover, they are permitted to use our complimentary shuttle anticipating that their Covid test comes back negative
Shuttle runs every 30 mins.
