- For domestic travellers, the shuttle pick-up is on the Arrivals Level, Door 4, Pillar 17.
- For international travellers, the shuttle pick-up is on the International Level, Door 16, Pillar 37.
- The shuttle is on demand, so when Hotel guests arrive at the airport and have gathered all of their luggage, we request they call 403-219-2475 and Press 0 to arrange pick-up. The Hotel will then advise on when pick-up will take place. If the shuttle is full at the requested time, it is the choice of the guest to either wait for the next shuttle or secure another mode of transportation at their own expense.

- Available 24/7
- Upon check-in, Hotel guests must reserve a time for the shuttle to take them to the airport. Bookings are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be booked prior to check in. If the shuttle is full at the requested time, it is the choice of the guest to either choose a different available shuttle time or secure another mode of transportation at their own expense.
- Please arrive a minimum of five minutes prior to departure.
- If you will be leaving a vehicle at the hotel, please register it at the Front Desk.
