Upon arrival at Ottawa International Airport, guests are requested to proceed to the Arrival Level (Ground Floor) and make their way to Pillars 11–12, designated for hotel shuttle pick-up. Guests are also requested to call the hotel at (613) 216-7263 upon arrival to arrange their shuttle pick-up.
